The Mexican Pattern

In Mexico the card maker Clemente Jacques redesigned the Castilian Pattern. For a long time these cards were just considered as a variation. Nevertheless, since the differences are obvious, and also other manufacturers produced this pattern, it is now known as an own Mexican Pattern. Usually a full deck has 40 cards, sometimes with additional cards (Joker).
