Description: Newly designed Castilian Pattern. This deck of cards dates from the transitional period when Carta Mundi was pushing into the Spanish market, including employing Spanish workers in other European countries, before acquiring the Spanish market leader Fournier years later. This unique Carta Mundi Spanish card pattern was then discontinued in favour of the various Fournier designs. High quality playing cards (primera calidad). Manufacturer item no. "10.71.08.001".
