These cards are mainly used for the Gaigel game. A complete deck has 48 cards (per suit everything double: 7, 10, U, O, K, D). Occasionally cards with this pattern are sold as "Tarok-Karte" at 36 cards (per suit: 6-10, U, O, K, D).
